My name is Alba, and I am the chef cook and founder at Sopas Perico.

When I established Sopas Perico in Coronado in 2023, I saw the need and lack of traditional and healthy food in our community.
And since I have a passion for cooking the traditional way, just like my grandma and mother did, I made it my mission to fill this void!
I cook for my family at home on a daily basis and I have perfected the recipes of my family over the years. I'm also very picky when it comes to the ingredients and quality of the produce that I use.
Everything is locally sourced, checked for its quality and cooked fresh every day. No hormones, additives and other unnatural things.
Th same love goes into the soups and food we make for you!
And it doesn't stop there. We are committed to lessening our impact on the planet, by recycling and by using energy efficient transportation to deliver your orders.
The food industry, large corporations and chains just can't provide that.
